Where we ship

We ship worldwide — across Canada, to the United States, and internationally.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

  • Canada & United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • International: 3–7 business days for most destinations; some orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Subscriptions

Refill subscriptions ship automatically on the schedule you choose (every month, 2 months, or 3 months). You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next renewal — see our Subscription Terms.

International orders — customs & duties

For shipments outside Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They're not included in your order total.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping (extra shipping charges may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
